Annual payments of 1½ seams of palm-barley ('ordeum palmellum') and 7d, and 6d and 1 hen. Payable as specified by Robert the weaver ('textor'), son of Elfwin the Welshman ('Walensis'), and William son of Stephen de Thorne. Payable for 2 acres and 3 virgates of land lying in 3 parts at 'Brochole' in Godmersham between ('inter') the lands of Robert de popindane and 1½ acres of land which Stephen sold to William in 'brocfeld'' between ('inter') Stephen's land and the land of Robert de popindane. For an annual payment of ½d, payable as specified in the priory's treasury at Canterbury. For this the priory has also paid 40s as a gersum fine, to acquit Stephen against Josce son of Samson and Solomon son of Josce, Jews of Canterbury. No date.
