Recites charter of Philip II, dated at Mantes ('Madunte') [Seine-et-Oise], 1180, confirming Louis VII's grant of 100 measures of wine to the priory (DCc-ChAnt/F/92). The king confirms this and grants the priory 19½ measures and 3 sesters ('sextat'') of the measure of Poissy ('Pissiac'') from the tax ('census') of Triel[-sur-Seine, Yvelines] and the remainder from his enclosure ('clausus') at Triel and the vineyards ('vinea') of Chanteloup-les-Vignes ('Cantus Lupi') [Seine-et-Oise]. Reserving to the king the red wine of the enclosure of Triel and all justice ('iusticia') and other things he is retaining in those places. If the whole 100 measures cannot be supplied from those places, the remainder shall be taken in the castle of Poissy [in Yvelines] ('Castellania pissiac''). The wine shall be delivered by the king's serjeant ('serviens') to a credible messenger of the priory with its letters patent. Royal monogram. Given when the office of chancellor was vacant.
