A piece of land in Lambeth ('lambheth''), parcel of the manor of Vauxhall ('Fawkeshalle'), lying in length with the rest of the site of the manor to east and lowtide ('extremum decasus') of the River Thames to west, and in width, containing 13½ perches, between the land of the manor to south and the king's highway leading from the Thames to South Lambeth and Newington ('Newyntone'). For a term of 14 years. For an annual payment of 3s 4d, payable as specified at the manor of Vauxhall. Right of distraint and re-entry if payment in arrears. Walter, John, Robert and John can remove any buildings they build on the land and rebuild them anywhere else on it. The priory will maintain the wall between the land and the rest of site of the manor. Priory's part of indenture.

Endorsed 'Fawkyshalle' in late 15th cent hand and 'expired more then 300 yeres since' in 17th cent hand.
