The manor of Vauxhall ('Faukeshall') and 31 acres and 1 rood of land in Lambeth ('lambehethe') with 4 quays ('hopes' and 'Delles') there, lying near the river Thames ('aqua Thamysie'), called 'Smythopes', 'Risshopes', 'littelhopes' and 'halfhopes atte Walende'. The grant is made for the maintenance of certain chantries in the priory, in accordance with the composition between him and the priory.
Given at Kennington manor [Surrey].
