The sale ('vendito') which Walter son of Peter Belle made to the priory of the whole tenement he held of Walter son of Alexander in the vill (villa) of Farningham ('freningeham'), with everything that can fall to Walter son of Peter in the same vill. For an annual payment of 32d, 2 hens and 20 eggs, payable as specified on the same tenement. Right of distraint if the priory stops the payment. No date. [Date: handwriting.]
