1 virgate of land in Elverton [in Stone by Faversham] which Seman bought of Gunnora who was the wife of Osbert atte Steghele, which land lies in the field called 'Gatewardesfelde' with the land of the prior and convent of Canterbury Cathedral Priory to south, north and west and the garden of John Alisandre to east.
