½ an acre of land in Elverton [in Stone by Faversham], which he bought of William Beaugrant of Lynsted parish, lying in the field called 'Westfeld'' with the land of the prior and convent of Canterbury Cathedral Priory to north, the priory's marsh to west, the land of Peter Savage to east and the land of Beatrix atte Watere to south. No date. [Date: handwriting and witnesses to other Elverton charters.]
