Part of property description and some witnesses' names supplied from registered versions.] For 5 acres of land lying in Stone [by Faversham] parish in the holding of Elverton, of which 2 acres 1½ virgates lie in a field called 'Southfeld'' with the priory's land to west and east, the land of John Alexandr' to north and the land of the heirs of Richard le Rede to south, 1½ acres lie in a field called 'Westfeld'' with the land of the heirs of Nicholas of Elverton to west, the land of Robert son of Thomas of Elverton to east, the land of Richard Payfrere of Buckland to south and the land of Matilda daughter of William son Godfrey to north, and 1 acre and ½ a virgate lie in a field called 'Eastfeld'' with the pasture called 'Ludenhameslese' to east and the priory's garden to west. For this the priory has paid 40s 7d. No date. [Date: handwriting and witnesses to other Elverton charters.]
