Part of property description and some witnesses' names supplied from registered versions.] 2½ acres and 1 virgate of land [in Elverton, in Stone by Faversham], pasture for 7¾ sheep in the marsh of Elverton and pasture for 7½ lambs in the same marsh in the holding of Teynham, of which the 2½ acres and 1 virgate of land lie with the priory's land to south and north, the land of the heirs of Nicholas of Buckland to east and the land of John le Hewe and Robert sparewe to west. Also an annual payment of 15d and his portion of the hen rent, payable as specified by the heirs of Seman of Elverton for 2 acres of land lying in 'Samannesfeld' between the king's highway and the land of Robert sparewe and towards the land of the master of St Mary's Hospital, Ospringe. For an annual payment of ¼d as a quit-rent ('forsigabulum'), payable as specified upon the same tenement. For this the priory has also paid 22 marks as a gersum fine. Dated 1277, no month.
