1 virgate of land in Elverton [in Stone by Faversham] which Seman bought of Gunnora atte Steghele, lying with the land of the prior and convent of Canterbury Cathedral Priory to south and north, the land of John and William, Gunnora's sons, to east and the messuage of the said Gunnora to west. Also 1 virgate of land which Seman bought of John and William, Gunnora's sons, lying with the priory's land to south, 'Gatwardeslane' to north, the land of the said John and William to east and 'Gatewardeshaghe' to west. No date. [Date: handwriting and witnesses to other Elverton charters.]
