The prior grants John 1 acre and 1 rood of land lying at Elverton [in Stone by Faversham] in 'kockisfelde' with the land of the heirs of Stephen Maister and of Nicholas of Buckland to south, a way leading from Elverton to north, the priory's land to east and the king's highway to west. For an annual payment of 15d, payable as specified at the manor of Elverton, suit of court to the manor from 3 weeks to 3 weeks and other services and customs. In exchange, John gives the priory 1 acre of land lying in 'Eastbinne' with the priory's land to west and north, the marsh of 'Eggyngworth'' to east and the king's highway to south and ½ a virgate of land in 'Westfelde' lying with the priory's land and a piece of land with a cottage on the priory's garden to east, west and north and the king's highway leading from the priory's manor to south, all of which are of the priory's holding.
