½ an acre of land which he bought of Robert of Elverton, lying in the field called 'Suthfeld'' at Elverton in the vill ('villa') of Stone [by Faversham] with the priory's land and Robert's land to south, the king's highway to north, the priory's land to east and Robert's land to west.
