For her claim by way of dower after the death of Nicholas, her husband, in 3 virgates and 3½ dayworks ('Deywerca') of land lying in the holding of Elverton [in Stone by Faversham] in a field called 'Westfeld'' with the land of John le Hiewe to east, the land of Matilda daughter of William Godefrey to west, the marsh of Elverton to north and the land of Nicholas of Elverton to south. Also for ½ an acre of land lying in the holding of Elverton in a field called 'Estfelde' with the land of the heirs of Nicholas Godefrey to south, the priory's land to north, the land of the heirs of Nicholas of Elverton to east and the land of Matilda daughter of William Godefrey to west and for pasture for 15 sheep and 7 lambs in the marsh of Elverton.
