For her claim by way of free bench in ½ an acre and ½ a virgate of land which fell to her after the death of Godfrey, her husband, lying in Elverton in Stone [by Faversham] parish in the priory's holding in the field called 'pytteslonde', lying with the land of Robert Joce, John Gunnore [and] Richard godesgrace to north, the land of William sparewe to south, the lane called 'godeslane' to west and the land of the heirs of Thomas of Elverton to east. No date. [Date: handwriting and witnesses to other Elverton charters.]
