For ½ an acre of land in Elverton [in Stone by Faversham], lying with the priory's land to east, a lane which leads to Elverton to west, the messuage of Osbert the skinner ('Pelliparius') to north and the tenement of Seman Peltebem to south. No date. [Date: handwriting and witnesses to other Elverton charters.]
