A messuage and 1 acre of land in Elverton [in Stone by Faversham], the messuage lying with the messuage late of Nicholas son of Richard of Elverton to north, the drove way which goes to the marsh of Elverton to west, the priory's land and the land of John le Hewe to east and the way ('strata') which leads from Elverton to Luddenham to south, and the land lying in the field called 'Suthfeld' with the priory's land to north and east, the land of Robert son of Sibyl to south and the land of Robert Joce to west. Also an annual payment of 19½d, 3 hens and 48 eggs, payable as specified by the heirs of William Queinterel for a messuage and a croft which were of the same William Queinterel in Elverton, lying with the way called 'Gerundeslane' to west next to the stile, a messuage and adjoining croft lying in the angle between the great street which leads from Teynham to Faversham and the way called 'Gerundeslane' to east, and a messuage and a piece of land at the head of 'Westfeld' which were of Ingelot atte Watere, and by John the shoemaker ('Sutor') for his messuage 'atte Watere'. They also grant and quitclaim to the priory for their all lands, rents, rights and other property in Elverton and Stone [by Faversham]. No date.
