The messuage at Elverton [in Stone by Faversham] which he had of John his brother in exchange for another messuage which fell to him as an escheat by the death of his father. Also 10 acres of land there, of which 5 acres lie together between the marsh of Elverton and the messuage of the said John his brother, 1½ acres lie east and west next to the path which goes from the house of Roger peltebeam to Faversham, 2 acres and 1 virgate of land lie together south and north at the east end of the land and 5 virgates lie together east and west outside the garden of Richard of Elverton to east. Also all the pasture he has in the marsh of Elverton and all his rents in Elverton in money, hens and eggs (no details given). For annual payments of 15d to Richard of Elverton and the heirs of Godfrey his brother and one-third part of 5d to the heirs of Frognal [in Teynham].
