Description | From: Beatrix widow of William of Stone of the parish of Stone [next Faversham] To: Canterbury Cathedral Priory
For her claim by way of dower after the death of William, her husband, in 3 roods of land lying in Stone [next Faversham] parish in the holding of Elverton in a field called 'Sutfeld'' with the priory's land to north and east, the land of William's heirs to south and the land of Robert Joce to west. The quit claim is made for her souls and the souls of her ancestors. No date. [Date: handwriting and witnesses to other Elverton charters.]
