5 acres of land in Stone [next Faversham] parish and the holding of Elverton, of which 2 acres and 1½ virgates lie in a field called 'Southfeld'' with the priory's land to west and east, the land of John Alexandr' to north and the land of the heirs of Robert le Rede to south, 1½ acres lie in a field called 'Westfeld'' with the land of the heirs of Nicholas of Elverton to west, the land of Robert son of Thomas of Elverton to east, the land of Richard Payfrere of Buckland to south and the land of Matilda daughter of William Godfrey to north, and 1 acre and ½ a virgates lie in a field called 'Eastfeld'' with the land of the heirs of Nicholas of Elverton to north, William and Goddard's land to south, the pasture of Luddenham to east and the priory's garden to west.
