3 acres of land in Elverton in [Stone by Faversham], of which 2 acres lie in the field called 'Eastebynne' with the priory's land to south and west and the land of John Alysaundre and his parceners to east and north, ½ an acre lies in the field called 'le Westfeld' with the priory's land to north, the priory's marsh to west, the land of Peter Savage to east and the land of Beatrix atte Watere to south, 1 virgate lies with the priory's land to south and north, the land of John and William sons of Gunnora atte Steghele to east and Gunnora's messuage to west, and another virgate lies with the priory's land to south, 'Gatewardeslane' to north, the land of the said John and William to east and 'Gatewardeshaghe' to west.
