A curtilage with a house upon it which he bought of Roger peltebem in the vill ('villa') of Elverton [in Stone by Faversham], lying between the road ('strata') of Elverton and the priory's land and with the way to Luddenham to north. For annual payments of 1 peppercorn to William and 4d to Roger peltebem, both payable as specified. For this the priory has paid 11s as a gersum fine. No date. [Date: handwriting and witnesses to other Elverton charters.]
