½ an acre of land in Elverton [in Stone by Faversham] , lying with the priory's land to east, a lane which leads form Elverton to west, a path next to the messuage of Osbert the skinner ('Pelliparius') to north and the tenement of Seman Peltebem to south. For a term of 30 years, for a payment of 26s 8d. If the priory suffers any loss or expense because the warranty is defective, it shall hold the land beyond the end of the term until satisfaction has been made.
