Description	From: John le Hewe of Elverton To: the prior and convent of Canterbury Cathedral Priory ½ an acre of land lying in Elverton [in Stone by Faversham] with the priory's land to east and south, John's land to west and the priory's marsh to north. For a term of 20 years, for a payment of 26s 8d. If the priory suffers any loss or expense because the warranty is defective, it shall hold the land beyond the end of the term until satisfaction has been made. John's part of indenture sealed with the seal of Prior Henry of Eastry. Priory's part of indenture. Given at Canterbury. Endorsed with description in late 13th cent hand.
