To: the prior and convent of Canterbury Cathedral Priory
½ an acre and ½ a virgate of land in Elverton [in Stone by Faversham], lying with the priory's land to east, west and south and its marsh to north. For a term of 20 years, for a payment of 30s. If the priory suffers any loss or expense because the warranty is defective, it shall hold the land beyond the end of the term until satisfaction has been made.
