Also a piece of land in the said holding, lying with the priory's garden to south, the tenement of the heirs of Nicholas Eme to north and west and the priory's land to east. For a term of 18 years, for a payment of 116s 8d. Stephen's part of indenture, sealed with the seal of 'Dominus' Randal of Prittlewell and 'Dominus' John of Thanet [I], treasurers of Canterbury Cathedral Priory.
