Description	From: Denise widow of Henry atte Melle of Luddenham parish To: the prior and convent of Canterbury Cathedral Priory For her claim by way of dower after the death of Henry, her husband, in ½ an acre of land lying in Stone [by Faversham] parish in a field called 'Eastfeld'' with the land of the heirs of William of Stone to north, the land of John le Hiewe to south, the marsh of Luddenham to east and the land of the heirs of Nicholas of Elverton to west. For this the priory has paid 5s 6d. Witnesses; Stephen le Taverner; William Baron; John le Hiewe; Richard le Wot; John Gunnore; Seman Peltebeam; Osbert the skinner ('pelliparius'); Stephen de Thorne; John the clerk Endorsed with description and note of registration in late 13th cent hands.
