For all actions in messuage and garden with 5 acres of land lying in a field called 'beestebynne' and in pasture for 67 sheep and 13 lambs in Elverton [in Stone by Faversham] which Nicholas, John's father, gave to the priory and for which he quitclaimed to it. Given at Canterbury.
