All the lands, tenements, meadows, pastures, rents reliefs and homages which fell to him after the death of Thomas, his father, in the holding of Elverton [in Stone by Faversham] and the whole of the land which he has by an exchange with the priory in the said holding. For a term of 4 years from 29 Sep 1290, for a payment of £4 13s 6d. The priory will receive all rents, reliefs, suits of court and homages owed to Robert during the term and in exchange it will release him from suit of court and the rent he pays to its treasury for the lands and tenements. Robert shall not alienate the lands in any way without the priory's consent during the term, on penalty of paying 20s to the Holy land. Priory's part of indenture. No date. [Date: term date.]
