The manor of Ebony with Courtbrook called 'The Priorye' in the Isle of Oxney, with live and dead stock as specified. For a term of 7 years. For an annual payment of £24, payable as specified at Canterbury. Reserving certain rights and dues and all the timber in the manor. Conditions on husbandry, repairs, including repairs to the sea wall, and hospitality and other conditions. Right of distraint and re-entry if payment in arrears or conditions of lease broken. William, John and Richard have made a bond in 100 marks to observe the terms of the lease. Priory's part of indenture.
Given at the chapter house of Canterbury Cathedral Priory.
