For an annual payment of £25, payable as specified at Canterbury. Reserving certain rights and dues and all the timber in the manor. Conditions on husbandry, repairs, including repairs to the sea wall, and hospitality and other conditions. Right of distraint and re-entry if payment in arrears. Roger, Andrew and John have made a bond in £100 to observe the terms of the lease. Priory's part of indenture.
