Description	From: Thomas Goldstone, IV, prior of Canterbury Cathedral Priory To: Thomas Alcherne of Edenbridge The rectory of Edenbridge. For a term of 5 years. For an annual payment of £4 6s 8d for the first four years of the term and 100s for the last year, payable as specified. Right of distraint and re-entry if payment in arrears. Thomas agrees to give up his lease at 6 months' notice if anyone is willing to pay more for the rectory. The priory will pay Thomas 6s 8d for a gown in the last year of the term. Condition on repairs and other conditions. Thomas and William Swangelond' have made a bond in 10 marks to observe the terms of the lease. Thomas Alcherne's part of lease.
