Description | From: Henry son of William of Elverton To: the prior and convent of Canterbury Cathedral Priory
1½ acres of land at Elverton [in Stone by Faversham], lying with the barony of Luddenham to east, the ½ acre of land which Henry sold Richard of Elverton to west, Richard's other land to north and the land of William of Stone to south. For an annual payment of 12d, payable as specified. Henry warrants the land to the priory and grants that, if there is a defect in the warranty, the priory may seize the whole tenement he has in Elverton and keep it for the service of 12d. For this the priory has also paid 5 marks as a gersum fine. Dated 36HenIII, no month.
