His right in a house and land in the street of St Sidwell outside the east gate of the city of Exeter, lying between the land of Matilda de Kinghisford' and the land of Edith widow of William the baker ('pistor') and between the street and the path, which land Wulf the carpenter ('Hulfus Carpentarius') held of John for an annual payment of 4s, payable as specified to the chapter. Reserving an annual payment of 2s to St John's Hospital, Exeter, payable by the chapter. No date. [Date: handwriting.]
