Henry his father gave the priory an annual payment of ½, payable by Richard Boschet and Beatrix, his wife, for a messuage in Exeter, in the great street against the fishery ('Piscaria'), which they held of Henry's father for 1 mark. When Henry's father was dying, but was still of sound mind, he confirmed this grant and gave the priory the other ½ mark as well, so that in future whoever holds the land shall pay 1 mark to the priory. Henry confirms his father's grant and quitclaims to the priory for the messuage. No date. [Date: Hubert Walter's dates.]
