The church of Eastry is appropriated to the priory's almonry. Thomas shall have a hall, chambers and kitchen belonging to the almoner and other houses built on the site, with a garden and trees, reserving the dovecot and certain vacant plots of land within the close of the vicarage to the almoner and the rectory. The almoner shall repair the wall between his land and the vicarage, beginning at the king's highway to south of the vicarage and extending to the almoner's stable to north, enclosing the dovecot and its site and reserving an area for setting up a ladder for roofing the dovecot, as is set out by stakes in the ground. The almoner shall also have a stone wall 6 feet long next to the king's highway to north of the vicarage between the almoner's grange and the threshold of the great gate of vicarage and space for setting up a ladder for roofing his grange.
