The writers have inspected a composition between Hubert [Walter], late archbishop of Canterbury, and the priory and other relevant documents belonging to both parties and arrived at their decision. The parties are to renounce all cases pending between them. Details of the division between the parties of the tithes, fees, rents and profits of courts from Eastry and Lydden [in Worth], including tithes payable to the priory's almonry.
