½ an acre and ½ a virgate of land lying in the holding and parish of Eastry with the land of the heirs ('hered'') of Thomas the carter ('Carectarius') to south, the land of the prior and convent of Canterbury Cathedral Priory to north and east and Bartholomew's land to west. For an annual payment of 6d, payable as specified for all service except royal service. For this William has also paid 30s as a gersum fine. Dated 11Edw[I], no month.
