To: the prior and convent of Canterbury Cathedral Priory

The whole of his tenement of the valley next Knowlton ('Cnoltun') and Tilmanstone, consisting 150 acres of land. For an annual payment of ½ a mark, payable as specified in the priory's treasury for all services except royal service. For this the priory has also paid 400 marks as a gersum fine, of which he has acquitted himself against the Jews. No date. [Date: handwriting and witnesses to other Eastry charters.]
