An annual payment of 20d free rent in Craythorne [in Tilmanstone] of the holding ('tenementum') of Eastry, payable as specified by the priory in accordance with the charter he made to it of 10 acres of land in Craythorne. For an annual payment of 1d, payable as specified in the priory's house at Langdon by the keeper ('custos') of the lands. Robert obliges his lands with the warranty of the payment. For this the priory has also paid 14s as a gersum fine.
