An annual payment of 18d free rent, payable as specified for 3 acres of land which Reginald the smith ('faber') and Thomas his son held of Robert in the holding ('tenementum') of Craythorne. Also a piece of arable land in Craythorne, 29 perches long and 2 perches wide, lying with Robert's land to south and the priory's land to north, east and west. For this the priory has paid 16s 4d. No date. [Date: handwriting and witnesses to other Eastry charters.]
