1 acre of arable land and the whole of the pasture of the priory's fee which belongs to him in the vill ('villa') of Craythorne through ('ex parte') Walter his father. The grant is made for the use of the anniversaries of all the faithful departed. Made and recorded at the priory's court at Eastry and its capital court ('Capitalis curia') at Canterbury. No date. [Date: handwriting and witnesses to other Eastry charters.]
