10 acres of land in Craythorne [in Eastry manor], of which 7 acres and 1½ virgates of pasture lie in one block ('continens') with the arable land of Craythorne to west and the land of Barville [in Tilmanstone] and the land of Henry de Fugieres to east and 1 acre and 1½ virgates of pasture lie to the south of the said land with the arable land of Alan of Craythorne to west and the land of Henry de Fugieres to east, and the whole of the pasture lies with the land called 'Colehelde' to north and the pasture of Nigel Robert's brother to south, next to the thorn ('spina') of 'Hemstede'; 1 acre and 1 virgate lie in 2 pieces next to the priory's land. For an annual payment of 20d, payable as specified by the keeper ('custos') of the land. For this the priory has also paid 50s as a gersum fine. No date.
