An annual payment of 7s 2d free rent, payable as specified for 3 acres of land lying 'Bieastebroke' next to the land of Richard Threng, 3 acres of land which were of Jordan offeling, the fourth part of his messuage in Eastry and the whole of his purchase ('purchatio') in Eastry. All the lands are in the vill of Eastry. Made and recorded at Eastry court. The grant is made for the light [for the shrines] of St Dunstan and St Alphege in the cathedral church. No date. [Date: handwriting and witnesses to other Eastry charters.]
