The land which they bought of Humphrey of Giddinge ('Geddinges') [in Wootton], the land which they bought of Geoffrey Motekin in the vill ('villa') of Giddinge, and the land which they bought in the said vill of Arnold of Giddinge. For an annual payment of 1lb of cumin, payable as specified in the priory's treasury at Canterbury by whoever holds the land at the time. Made and recorded at Giddinge court. For this the priory has also paid 35 marks as a gersum fine.
