An annual payment of 13d free rent which he bought of Ralph son of Osbert in 'Sokelinge Langhudune' [unidentified], payable as specified by Thomas son of Reginald-the-smith ('faber') and Nicholas the clerk for 2½ acres of land lying east of the king's highway which leads from Sandwich to Folkestone with the land of Craythorne [in Tilmanstone] to north. For an annual payment of ½, payable as specified to Ralph's heirs.
