An annual payment of 20d free rent, payable by the priory as specified in accordance with the charter he made to them of 10 acres of pasture in Craythorne [in Tilmanstone] of the holding ('tenementum') of Eastry. Robert obliges all his lands, rents and possessions of the said holding with the warranty of the payment and the 10 acres.
