The manor of Elverton with all the tithes there, reserving to the dean and chapter certain rights and dues, including hunting and fishing rights, and timber as specified. For a term of 63 years. For an annual payment of £32, with additional payments of £32 in the 1st, 10th, 20th, 30th, 40th and 50th years of the term, payable as specified in the nave of Canterbury Cathedral. Conditions on repairs, including maintenance of the sea wall, husbandry, hospitality, including inhabiting the manor house, and other conditions. Penalty of £4 and right of re-entry if payment in arrears or condition on repairs broken. The queen's signature at beginning of document.
