½ an acre of land in Elverton [in Stone by Faversham] in a place called 'Ealdebery', lying with the land of Nicholas of Elverton to south and west, the land of the said Nicholas son of Godfrey to north and the land of John le Hewe to east. For a term of 18 years, for a payment of 28s, payable by the treasurer ('Thesaur'') of Canterbury Cathedral Priory. Nicholas son of Godfrey is not to alienate the land in any way without the priory's consent during the term, on penalty of paying 20s to the fabric of the cathedral church. Made and recorded at Elverton. Nicholas's part of indenture, sealed with the seal of 'Dominus' Henry of Eastry, priory treasurer.
