½ an acre and ½ a virgate of land which William bought of John Reynaud' and Matilda, his wife, lying in Elverton in Stone [by Faversham] parish in the priory's holding in the field called 'pitteslonde' with the land of Robert Joce, John gonnore and Richard godesgrace to north, the land of William sparewe to south, the lane called 'godeslane' to west and the land of the heirs of Thomas of Elverton to east. No date. [Date: handwriting and witnesses to other Elverton charters.]
