The whole of the land which fell to him after the death of Thomas, his father, and the whole of the land which he has by exchange with the 3 treasurers for his part of the messuage which was of his father in the vill ('villa') of Elverton [in Stone by Faversham]. For a term of 7 years [originally 2 years], for a payment of 30s. Robert is not to alienate the land in any way without the treasurers' advice and consent during the term, on penalty of paying 20s for the Holy Land. Robert's part of indenture sealed with the seals of 'Dominus' Henry of Eastry and 'Dominus' John de Welles [I], the treasurers. Priory's part of indenture.

Endorsed with description and additions to the lease in late 13th cent hands.
